Horrible arrangements for my brother in law last night. My sister in law - his widow was in tears regarding the mistakes made. Programs were wrong listing another persons name and the manager Joel blamed the chaplain- he did not offer to have them reprinted- my wife demanded it. From the first meeting to the service communication was ineffective.... called today for personal belongings and was told we have- no we don’t. The building is beautiful and the ushers tried to correct the multiple issues that were caused by management....customer service is poor. Please make sure that if you use this business you get all your questions answered correctly not poo pooed and have it the way you want!!! Only one shot at a funeral and totally failed
