Had a great experience
Never again. After going through their terrible site design, I had to hop between stores to find the TV I wanted in stock. Finally, I found the one I wanted at crossroads. After finding it on the floor, and comparing to various competitors, I decided that I would buy the one I originally wanted. A representative went back to find the TV, and found that only the lower spec model for the size and brand I wanted were available. I asked about buying the floor model, and was told it's not possible. Instead of taking the four M4 screws out of the bracket and selling me the TV, they let a customer walk out and lost $600 in business, all while advertising for a TV they can't actually sell you. Can't wait for the death of big box shams like this. Now, I'm happily spending $50 more online to buy the same TV, just out of principle. Way to lose future business, Best Buy.
** Edit -- I wanted to edit my review to also give props to Carlos Saura, the Connections Manager. He went way above and beyond to get me a Google Pixel 2. Super nice guy and incredibly knowledgeable. Honestly, go see him for your cell phone needs. He's better to work with than any of the people at the Verizon store across the street.
Why even have a phone number if you won’t answer it? Wanted to buy Apple product here so I wouldn’t have to drive to Southpoint but could have gotten there in the 30+ minutes I was on hold with not a single person picking up the phone. Seriously? I know it’s approaching Christmas, but it’s only 12/6 and I called at 8:20 pm. I was there just a few days ago and it was dead at that time. Y’all are lazy.
Nick Tomczak was a tremendous help to me on two occasions! He helped me pick out the right laptop and desktop for my graduate school courses. By far, he provided one of the best retail customer service experiences I have ever had. If you're looking for a computer, go see Nick, I promise that he will set you up right.
We went to check out different models of the appliances. We met this amazing and helpful gentlemen Paul who explained us all the options and features and he truly cared to save money for the customer. Amazing guy. Best buy: Keep hiring these kind of good people who are service oriented.
I had an excellent experience purchasing a television on the 21st of September 2017. I was helped by an employee named Jawad, who answered all of my questions and helped select the best TV for me. I'm very satisfied with my purchase so far and will absolutely return.
