The place is conveniently located if you are getting your car repaired at Caliber Collision. The people at the front desk push you to buy their comprehensive insurance and try to make you feel insecure about your insurance covering their vehicle. Just hold your ground and you'll be fine.

Had a very bad experience today.The agent declined to give a car with out buying collision insurance. I've a secondary insurance from AMEX card and Non Owner auto policy for liability.This secondary insurance covers collision.Waited me for 45 mins and at last not handed over the car.I canceled all my trips. I would suggest please do not take cars from here.
They were seamless. Professional , fast, answered questions, check in and return were easy. Highly recommend them. Staff was great.
Had a great rental car experience on my trip to Knoxville to see my best friend but only giving 3 stars since they said it was mandatory I sign up for collision coverage even though that was optional. I had collision coverage through my credit card company. Basically the agent lied to me and forced me to spend an extra $60 (not cool). Great experience other than that but will definitely decline collision coverage the next time I rent with Enterprise. I just wish I could get my $60 back. :(
James and Leon were world class. They kept the office open while we were in route. They stayed late on a Friday Holiday weekend just to take care of us. These guys would definitely be in higher roles within the company one day.
