This bank is run so efficiently. I am always greated personally by the manager and routed to an open teller or personal banker. The employees are friendly and patient with any questions I have. Once I had a problem with someone bothering me at the ATM machine and it was dealt with quickly and I've never seen anything like that there again.

I had the most pleasant experience at this bank opening a checking account. I had the opportunity to work with several of the employees there during my visit and everyone was so helpful, cheerful, and just friendly in general. I often like to point out that being "nice" and being "friendly" are two completely different things, and these people were genuinely friendly and kind to us. It took us about 30 minutes to get everything squared away, which actually put us there after closing time on a Saturday, but nobody was in a hurry to push us out, and even helped the last customer waiting as we were leaving.
Pretty fast. Nice people.
