This isn't my home branch (Preston Corners is my home branch), but I usually get good friendly service when going here. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but basically you get what you give so try to go in with a better attitude next time and you might be surprised. :)
They wouldn't make changes for you if you don't have an account with them. Though one teller did it for me last year. Never going back again.
This branch has made several errors on my accounts over the years and I have had it. They also seem to have a new branch manager every year. I am closing all my accounts and moving to another bank. Please consider using another bank.
